lack of hot water

I was very disappointed with the lack of hot water during my stay. Despite the warm weather, I had to endure uncomfortably freezing showers every morning, which left me feeling anxious and frustrated. Additionally, the noise from kids screaming in the pool made it hard to find any peace. It was also inconvenient that the property only accepted cash and PayPal, which caused a lot of issues with payment.

poor privacy

No hot water!!! Lack of privacy with bright bathroom lights, and the noise from locals enjoying the pool was distracting at times. Consider adding sheer curtains for some light control!!!

The food was a delightful journey, with crispy fries that bring the crunch! Plus, the location is just a block from the stunning basilica, making it a prime spot for exploring. The staff were super friendly, adding a personal touch to our stay.

We did have a bit of a wait for our room, but they offered us a welcome drink that we ended up paying for—maybe a little mix-up there? Still, it didn’t take away from our overall vibe.

Such a lovely spot! The pool is a refreshing gem amidst tropical trees. Plus, you can stroll to all the city's gems within minutes.

It was so hot in the room I thought I was auditioning for a sauna commercial! And those pesky critters in the ceiling? Not the ideal midnight soundtrack.

This place is a beautiful oasis! The pool was refreshing for both swimming laps and lounging after a day of exploring. I loved that it was just minutes from the main square but felt like a relaxing escape with only eight personalized rooms for a cozy vibe!
